TV in two rooms had english speaking news channels but not BBC. Apartment had everything you need for a short stay including coffee machine, washing machine and dish washer. (1,001 reviews) We had a great stay in Wroclaw and the hotel was great in many ways. However, we had not been alerted to the fact that renovations were being done on the rooms in the 5th floor. Yet, we were still assigned a room immediately below the one that was being renovated. For 2 out of the 3 mornings, we were woken up at 7:00am with loud released noise and pounding on the ceiling. We complained but nothing was done about it except to tell us that they were renovating. Interestingly the noise seemed to stop after 10:00am, which is puzzling. Apart from this significant inconvenience for which there wasn’t even an apology, everything else went well. Thankfully the 3rd morning was a Sunday!
