This was a great stay for my family (2 adults/2 children)!

Great location and the staff were excellent ! Very welcoming and helpful with all the questions.

Very central location. Lovely breakfast, which, however, was overpriced! Very helpful staff and well kept property with all necessary amenities. Would have welcomed a cool water station at reception! Highly recommended even though rather pricey

Awesome hotel in the heart of the Old Town. A historic cinema still operates in the basement and first floors, and our son loved the popcorn machine outside the theater. Our room (superior double) was nice and large with an updated bathroom and plenty of space for 2 adults and a child. The staff were all very friendly and helpful in providing directions, making reservations, etc. Our son loved his cute present for reading the Leo book provided at check-in. A grocery store and numerous restaurants are just steps away. The funicular is about a 10-minute walk, as are most parts of the old town, and the new town is also about a 10-minute walk across the Mozart Bridge. The perfect spot to stay when visiting Salzburg!

Room was nice and clean - very modern. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and location wasn’t too far from the main train station and shops either.

The location is good: a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. The rooms are clean. In terms of looks, it isn't a very attractive hotel; the rooms are functional but very minimalist and dated. Breakfast is standard—nothing special.
