Everything about the hotel was amazing, from checl in, the staff, the owners, the view, location, easy access to transportation and sites to see. I look forward to returning in the future and would very highly recommend this hotel to anyone stsying in the Salzburg area.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was also excellent. Our room was very nice but I can see that parts of the hotel could use an upgrade. Overall we were satisfied.

The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb.
The room was clean and well thought out.
The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite. I mistakenly thought there was a pull out sofa but the bed was big enough for us family of 3.
We also had our breakfast included during our stay and it was delish!
The hotel is close to everything. I was sad to leave because we were treated so kindly and they really went above and beyond.
Thank you Hotel GH team for making us feel so welcome!! A across the board.

We came in early, were able to check in early. We absolutely loved our room overlooking the street, listening to the church bell/violinist play on the street or just random chatter from walking pedestrians. Loved the 24/7 coffee machine and sweet little treat left beside it. 20 mins walk from main train station but is conveniently located for other tourist attractions, would definitely come back again.
