Was a good location and the front desk was helpful. Room was spacious.

We really enjoyed the hotel as it was centrally located, and had very pleasant and helpful staff members. Our room was spacious, bright, quiet, and clean. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was good value, but nothing special. There were a few small problems: a very squeaky bathroom door, broken shower bracket, so no hands free showering, and the sitting area tv was broken. Otherwise a good experience and nice hotel. A little far from all theaction, but the transit system is pretty easy.

We stayed here during the heat wave in June because the hotel had AC and a pool. The room was small, but nice and cool. The pool needs maintenance, but was a nice respite from the heat. Overall a nice property and good price. Location is close to the confluence museum, but not much else. We took the tram and metro to get to the main part of the city.

The room had a gorgeous view of the river. But for the price point the bathroom and room amenities were disappointing (no coffee maker, no mini fridge, bathroom had one of those tubs with no glass or curtain so water got everywhere when you showered). Location is great. But was disappointed by the room, despite the gorgeous view.

We are a family of 4 and had a room with the bunk beds. There was enough space for the 4 of us. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A lovely quaint hotel - we really enjoyed our stay.
