Staff are very friendly and helpful, clean room. Breakfast was okay need to change the buffet options every now and then. Stayed for a couple of days, and its same breakfast buffet option almost every day.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we had an amazing experience!! Staff are very warm, very hospitalible, very attentive to guest's needs. We loved the view and truly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet!! Loved our stay and can't wait to be back again!!

Astoria Palawan was a nice visit. Pros: pool, cafe ( wishes it opened sooner and closed a lot later), outdoors green and lush and beautiful gardens. Walk to the beach. Breakfast and dinner buffets. Entertainment . Tours. Cons: kinda smelled and was humid in the hallway but it is in a tropical paradise. Room was roomy but bed too firm. Overall a nice visit

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the peaceful, Balinese-inspired atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery and elegant sculptures. The rooms are spotless, beautifully designed, and well-equipped — we especially loved the private pool access, which made the stay feel extra luxurious. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even helping us plan local tours and arranging transport when needed. The main pool area is stunning and well-maintained — perfect for lounging with a drink from the poolside bar. Dining at their restaurant was a delightful surprise. The fusion of French and Filipino flavors made for a unique and satisfying experience, though we would have appreciated a bit more variety in the breakfast options. While the resort is tucked away from the main town, it’s a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. Just be prepared to arrange transportation if you plan to explore more of the city. Overall, Carpe Diem is the perfect mix of comfort, relaxation, and attentive service. We’re already planning our next visit! Rating: 4.7/5

Bambú Suites is in a quiet neighborhood. A tricycle ride takes you to Robinson’s Palawan and other businesses. From there, public transportation is available to and from the Puerto Princesa city proper. Breakfast is served everyday and food can be ordered from their kitchen for lunch or dinner. There’s a dining room attendant who will serve you with a smile every time. This hotel can rival any five-star accommodations in customer service. Just like in any other hotel, the front desk staff will arrange tours and transportation for you. However, at the Bambú Suites guests receive helpful tips on where and how to shop as well. Amazing place! The staff are friendly and courteous. Villas are nice and clean. Bed is spacious. They have different varieties of food. Me and my family will definitely be back.
