"Why do hotels.com accept blatant lies about non-existant wifi, only booked this hotel because of this claim, room was stuffy, small window onto enclosed courtyard with roof on so no air moving through room, no aircon and smelled of stale sweat, staff were great cant blame them for owner and management ..."
