Had a great stay in Rio! Everything was good from start to finish — the hotel was comfortable, the service was friendly, and I really enjoyed my time here. I’m already looking forward to coming back soon. Definitely a place I’d be happy to stay at again!

Desde la atención, el servicio, la excelencia de su personal en cada una de las áreas, la mejor ubicación de todo Río y cada detalle demuestra que NADA fue liberado al azar en este hotel. MARAVILLOSO. Gracias, sin duda pronto volveremos.

Fabulous property. Staff was super helpful and restaurant is five star!

The room was very clean and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. The property was in an excellent location; only a block from the beach. The staff was very attentive and greeted us as soon as we stepped out of our Uber. The included breakfast was very nice with the option of a buffet or two made to order items.

My stay at Hotel Arpoador was wonderful. The standard room is small, so beware if you need a lot of personal space or privacy. My priority is cleanliness and friendliness. I had no cleanliness concerns. I did not see one insect. I left a note on how I wanted my room cleaned (don't make my bed), and that was honored. Eli at the desk, Vitor at the beach, and the gentleman with locs at the front desk were very kind, cheerful, and helpful. The guy with the ponytail working on the roof on 9/27 for breakfast was very friendly and helpful also. This location was easy to uber everywhere and walkable to lot's of places in the area as well. No safety concerns. Hotel right on the beach and they provide chairs and umbrellas. Beware of beach vendors. Verify what you are paying as they tried to charge me thousands of dollars for a few drinks. Thankfully my bank declined it. This had nothing to do with the hotel though. I would 100% stay here again.
