The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. We had a terrific stay- the valet and front desk are professional and attentive. The breakfast vouchers for local food options offered flexibility as to when and where to eat. Hotel pool deck is family friendly and still peaceful. Across the street from Waikiki Beach and the zoo. We would stay here again given the opportunity.

We loved the location of this hotel right across the street from the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly but I feel they should have more than 2 at the check-in counter there was usually a long line to even get towels. Really feel they need to upgrade some hallways and rooms. Ar check-in we had to change the room 3 tines as they were old, falling apart and dirty in an older wing .Partial ocean views are great from the balcony. Overall the stay was ok.

Great Place! Variant prices are unfair. I felt Expedia should have stated there were resort fees and parking fees of over $500.00.

The water dispenser was very convenient and helpful! Our room was clean, but unfortunately, the inside of the microwave had food residue from a previous guest that had clearly not been cleaned. It was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable using the microwave. Please make sure the inside of the microwave is checked and cleaned between guests.

Amazing and beautiful stay at this Ritz! Bathrooms were a bit outdated but this didn’t steer away from the amazing service, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere!

Great Hotel and friendly staff.

The hotel is undergoing extensive renovation. We were not advised of this when we booked . There was constant building noise some even at 2am. There were a number of facilities not in use. We paid premium rates for the hotel and there should have been a discount for the missing amenities and noise.
