The description was incorrect. It said bathroom, but there was not a bathroom, but a toilet behind a glass door and a shower behind a glass door, so you heard and saw everything. The pictures were deceiving, since there was no separate bathroom. We had booked a courtyard view, but there was no courtyard we could see. Since it was called UMusic Hotel with a music hall venue, we were unable to see any music being performed while we were there for 5 nights. We asked to see the music being performed, but were told we were not allowed in for any of the shows. Highly disappointed with the listing photos of the room and access to the music hall. If this is a 5 star hotel, it did not meet the requirements as listed on the web site. But, the staff was great and the breakfast delicious.

Spatious, modern and elegant with an excellent location.

Good hotel in a residence part of the city, 10 minutes from/to airport on taxi (around 33 euros). The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a subway station (with stairs, not escalator or lift) across the street for easy transportation to downtown, touristic area and to airport or train stns if you don't want to pay the taxis' fixed rates to those places. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakery and grocery stores around the hotel and the area feel safe with an abundant of people strolling around until late hours of nights. Fully recommended.

Overall, my experience was very good, though the room door lock was damaged and exposed the internal locking mechanism, which did not look secure even though the door could still be locked.

Beautiful hotel but front desk staff significantly let it down.
