South America Beach Holidays

I didn't like the noise coming in through the windows; they aren't impact-resistant or soundproof, and the curtain was so sheer that the sunlight didn't let me sleep.

I had a terrible scare when someone banged on my hotel room door—violently and dangerously—while I was asleep; they tried to open the door several times. I called reception more than four times and threatened to call the police before a security guard finally arrived and saw the people who had tried to enter my room. My wife was terrified, and we had to be moved to a different room, with our luggage transferred there as well. It was a thoroughly unpleasant experience; honestly, I should refuse to pay the hotel bill. I hope to hear from you soon.

Room Bed. Sheets were bad. The Maids actually didnt change the sheets or Comforter and only had one sheet on the bed. Asked couple if times to change the bed completely wasn’t done. You can tell the Hilton needed upgrades to the the rooms , very outdated and old. No nice perfume odor in the lobby like top rated Hiltons Supply. Very Disappointed in this Hilton Property

Wonderful hotel

The room was very clean and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. The property was in an excellent location; only a block from the beach. The staff was very attentive and greeted us as soon as we stepped out of our Uber. The included breakfast was very nice with the option of a buffet or two made to order items.

My stay at Hotel Arpoador was wonderful. The standard room is small, so beware if you need a lot of personal space or privacy. My priority is cleanliness and friendliness. I had no cleanliness concerns. I did not see one insect. I left a note on how I wanted my room cleaned (don't make my bed), and that was honored. Eli at the desk, Vitor at the beach, and the gentleman with locs at the front desk were very kind, cheerful, and helpful. The guy with the ponytail working on the roof on 9/27 for breakfast was very friendly and helpful also. This location was easy to uber everywhere and walkable to lot's of places in the area as well. No safety concerns. Hotel right on the beach and they provide chairs and umbrellas. Beware of beach vendors. Verify what you are paying as they tried to charge me thousands of dollars for a few drinks. Thankfully my bank declined it. This had nothing to do with the hotel though. I would 100% stay here again.
