Très bel hôtel. Très propre et bien située. Personnel attentionné. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous recommandons.

The pool, gym, and full 6th floor were closed during our stay with no pre warning. The only compensation offered was a massage which given the amount we paid for 4 nights I was not very pleased. The rooms were also tiny. However, the staff and breakfast were great.

We stayed in a suite so had private dining on the rooftop each morning which added to the whole holiday experience. The pool was great. The hotel was clean and tidy and very safe. The only issue we faced was the lack of cleaning in the room is done every two days which isn’t enough when you’re travelling to from the beach every day. The floors were constantly dirty.

I was assigned probably the worst room in the hotel with extraordinary noise on both sides from staff areas. To top it off, you are charged for the coffee in your room.

Room facing the ocean in the fourth floor: Absolutely wonderful! We have never stayed in a Hyatt property before. After this experience, we look forward to visiting another Hyatt on future trips.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly ...the breakfast was extravagant....lots of good tasty options being constantly refilled. Close to shopping, food and the Copacabana beach. Excellent location. The bathroom design was horrible... though spacious the towels being hung above the toilet and open bidet was disgusting. . A towel rack on the blank wall would have been so much more sanitary. The air-conditioning was kept to the barest minimum...way too hot. I would however stay there again because the location is very convenient.
