Hotel and amenities were great. Loved the fall decorations. Hotel staff could use a customer service / hospitality refresher.

Got charged $200 and change for an 8 day stay for resort fees. No housekeeping in 8 days, bar closed all day every day, 2 food outlets closed by 3pm along with Starbucks so no resort facilities

Really did not get a lot for your money. We booked here for a week. Buffet breakfast was $27 a person and you can’t get your own drinks and it’s an EXTRA charge if you want soda lol. 18% added on plus a 4% fee on top of final bill. I get we are on vacation but I just couldn’t justify that…So instead we all went out to a terrific breakfast each morning (KeKe’s, highly recommend!) for a fraction of the price, delicious food and endless drinks lol! You pay for nightly parking. You still pay a daily resort fee. No complimentary coffee in the lobby…ever. Needless to say, the positives of this hotel (such as the pool and shuttle buses) are common with all the hotels however other places offer more to make a family stay more enjoyable and reasonable. We will choose a different location in the future because of these reasons.

The entire first floor if the property smells TERRIBLE. Everyone leaves their trash in the halls and it smells disgusting. Our tv in the master room didn’t work and the master bathroom shower wouldn’t drain consistently so showering was gross. The second bathroom had snot on the bathroom wall. The only positive is that there was enough room for our party of 7. Next time we will book two different rooms at a hotel.

The house was so clean and well maintained. The one thing I didn’t like is check in is late and check out is early and they don’t seem to budge on that without a $250 cost for one additional hour. The amenities were great and we loved the water park and pools. The complimentary breakfast was nothing special but our stay was great and would stay again. We were also upgraded from a 4 bedroom to a 5 bedroom home which was nice.

We had an amazing stay at Ette! Wonderful staff. Beautiful large rooms. Great amenities and perfect for the parks !

Clean rooms, and very helpful staff.

My family and I stayed in one of the 4 bedroom villas and absolutely loved our stay. It was 8 adults and a baby and more than enough space. The villa was very clean. The staff and service was exceptional. There were a few things that were needed and I was able to request the items which were delivered in less than 30 mins each time. Calvin by the pool was very kind and went out of his way to help our family which was greatly appreciated. The location is perfect and close to Disney and many restaurants. I couldn't recommend this resort enough. I look forward to coming back to vacation with my family.

I had a very pleasant and relaxing seven-night stay at this resort. The unit was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with a separate living room, a full kitchen stocked with dishes and appliances, and a very comfortable king-size bed. One of my favorite features was the beautiful lake view from the sliding glass door. The space was so peaceful and cozy that I actually spent much of my time just enjoying the unit itself rather than going out. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. First, the air conditioning system seemed to blow a fine black dust that accumulated on the living room table, so the filters or system may need maintenance. Second, there was no housekeeping service during my entire stay unless requested. For a seven-night visit, at least one basic cleaning would have been very helpful. I also appreciated having washers and dryers available in the buildings. The machines worked well and cleaned my clothes nicely. However, they are coin operated, which is inconvenient these days. I tried to get coins at the front desk, but they didn’t have any, and finding coins at nearby stores was surprisingly difficult. If the resort plans to keep coin-operated machines, having a change machine at the front desk would be extremely helpful. Even better, adding a card or digital payment option in the future. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. With a few improvements in maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry convenience, the guest experience could be even better

We stayed in one of the cottages and it was just perfect. The fully equipped kitchen downstairs with a master suite was perfect for my parents. I appreciated having the laundry upstairs with the other bedrooms. The staff at the main building were so helpful with our packages and printing documents for us. Unfortunately we had a very busy week and could not enjoy the wonderful amenities of the resort. Overall, a great selection and would start again!
