Greater Antilles Beach Holidays

This is the 4th time staying at Majestic Elegance...Love this place. Room was very clean, excellent service and tbe personnel is well trained... The buffet and the restaurants had everthing i needed it.

We all got food poisoning and are still recovering. Terrible food. The staff and butlers were great people and very attentive. The food ruined the entire trip. Would never go back

The property is beautiful and the entertainment and housekeeping staff were great. However,it is clear that some staff give fair skinned

We felt very safe in this hotel and its surroundings all of staff was kind and very helpful and know oin offering services and places to visit . We would’ve loved to be able to have a spa day here but that did not take away from a wonderful experience

While the property was great and the food was also great, the service of the staff at the buffet during breakfast and lunch made you double think if it was a good choice to pick this resort. They had a look on their faces like they didn’t want to work and had to ask multiple times for orders. There were a few people who made good impressions on us but they were very few and rare.
