Koh Adang All inclusive Holidays

Stay for a few days on our first time being in Rome. The area (East-end of Pratti) is very nice, quiet, pedestrian friendly and heavier with locales rather than tourists. The restaurant in the hotels provides an excellent breakfast. The staff clearly have experience working together as a team. 24/7 staffed reception was a helpful benefit.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Checked in by email. Was expecting to get a key quick. Had to wait in line. Only 1 person at check-in desk. Two employees were by her side at the gift shop for some reason that was empty. She was lovely and sweet. The room was nice and clean and big. I love how large the vanity in the bathroom was. The thing that would make me think twice about coming back is there was no fridge in the room. Apparently that's an upgrade, even though it's standard in almost every motel. If I am paying a resort fee, I don't want to be nickled and dimed into spending more for what I consider a basic. A mini-fridge is a basic, in fact I'd prefer that over a tv. The fresh pasta restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, especially after my expedia vip 20% discount. The chicken marsala was fantastic. I had to eat it all because I couldn't put leftovers in a fridge in my room. Really the only suggestion I have is to put a fridge in every room or get rid of the resort fee and charge everything a la carte. I did not use the pool, phone, internet or fax. So that was a waste of money.

Rooms have beautifully traditional decor but have fine modern features like step-in showers and adequate air conditioning. Hotel is on a quiet, elegant, leafy residential street, but still convenient. It is in an early 1900's building that resembles a mansion but had been a US Embassy building. Most importantly, staff is especially knowledgeable and helpful.

Everything was great. The staff were great. Close to everything. Love it I will come back.
