So quiet for being in the city!! Cons: Not many, just note that the 2nd bedroom is extremely steep and small staircase you nust turn feet sideways, haha. AND getting into and out of the shower is frightening its quite high and slick. (1,001 reviews) The lobby area was very welcoming. They had put up a Christmas tree and lights which felt warm and festive. You can tell that the hotel had put a lot of effort in to the design and flow. It was in a good location, with good restaurants on site and others within 5 minutes walking distance. The spa and swimming pool was very clean and had a lovely decor. The rooms were of good size and the bathroom was immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They were very welcoming of children and provided little slippers and sponges which was a nice touch. The staff at breakfast, the bar and serre were lovely and very attentive. Would definitely recommend staying here. The only issue we encountered was at check in where the employee literally just handed us the key and pointed to the elevators, unfortunately I had to ask him about details of breakfast, hotel facilities and when asked about bookings at the restaurants he simply replied you will be lucky to get a slot and did not even check. We did manage to speak to another member of staff later on who was better versed at making bookings.
