Top location. Just a few min. to the old town. Room was at the edge. But there was a/c. Breakfast ok. Staff friendly.

Just super nice hotel

Ideally located for exploring Frankfurt Restaurant staff were particularly pleasant and helpful Hotel - room disappointing 3 issues including half eaten food in the fridge when I checked in which was resolved but the small issues continued. The room clearly had not been fully serviced / cleaned prior to my checking in - not what I expected unfortunately -

Staff were fine, just very minimal with communication. The property was located one block over from the red light District in Frankfurt. No hate to that kind of a situation just that it was a drug infested area of the city. There were literally people shooting up drugs sitting on the sidewalk outside the entrance. The parking garage was expensive, not well marked. And was so tiny and so tight. It was terrifying to even get in and out of and someone hit our car while it was parked down there. AC was terrible. There was barely any hot water. We had this same property booked for later on in our trip here and we canceled and booked a different hotel.

Breakfast had a great selection. The front desk staff were outstanding. Hotel was clean and felt very safe.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist. The room was lovely and very clean.

Personal freundlich, Zimmer sauber aber Betten unbequem, Restaurant preislich fair, allerdings nicht besonders schmackhaft

Use of Pool costs extra. Although water too hot. Beds were soft with insufficient pillows
