Thought it was a great place. I think expensive for the age of the property. Barefoot bar breakfast was 70 bucks for greasy ice cold breakfast.

The aesthetic of this hotel is beautifully whimsical! I loved all the rabbits. The courtyard/game area is such a cool hangout space and fun! The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The food at the Wild Hare Bar Garden was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was nice as was the building. The fitness center was great. The surrounding neighborhood was just okay,

I thought the staff were helpful & friendly. We thought the breakfast was good quality and very reasonable. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. We did not gamble much as we found the non-smoking section to be smaller and some of the slot machines to be confusing. While not trying to date ourselves, we miss the old old machines and roulette tables with less lights and whistles. The outlet mall while well kept and pleasant does not have many stores as it did pre-covid. It was a lovely venue for 2-3 day visit and would consider returning. Thank you.

The young lady who checked us in, could have been a little friendlier. I won't mention her name bc she was very subtle with it and not overtly rude. She did tell us we could check out at noon for free, and it would be $20 per hour after that for late check out, if we let them know ahead of time. My friend did let her know about an hour prior to checkout (same person the next day), but she refused us and didn't allow it. The room was very nice & clean, a little on the small side but it had a lovely room w a mountain view and an exceptionally comfortable bed. It was a very nice room for the price. Much worse than the slight hint of negativity from the young lady who checked us in, and not allowing the checkout at 1pm for $20 that she had mentioned: when I went down to the casino w/o my male friend, there was a young, slender male worker in a suit who was bringing out an electric scooter to someone. He seemed like he was trying to head straight for me, so I moved way out of his way, after just catching him in the corner of my eye at quite a distance: but he still (for some unknown reason), adjusted his trajectory and sped straight towards me (must have been driving it as fast as it could go), and barely missed clipping me. It was rude, intentional & totally unnecessary. Otherwise, the casino itself is pretty nice, well decorated and enjoyable. Bring your swimsuit though: they wanted $60 per piece on the 2 pc swimsuits they sell in the gift shop.
