Laurentian Mountains All inclusive Holidays

Our studio apartment was clean, spacious and modern. The location is outside of the Old Quebec area but only about a 10 minute uber drive away (we didn’t have a car) so not too far from the attractions and a grocery store is over one street.The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great having a kitchen and a free laundry room. Although our room was on the second floor and there was no public elevator the staff used their freight elevator to take our luggage up and bring it down so we didn't have to hassle with luggage on the stairs. The only negative was there were some homeless people on the street a little ways down from Terminus. However, overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We were so impressed with the rooms and amenities. All rooms were very large, clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was very nice. The location to old Quebec City was fantastic, close to many restaurants, the street with the umbrellas and waterfront, where you could catch a cruise or just stroll and enjoy the serenity. We will definitely be back. Parking was close by and check in was very easy.

Property in excellent conditions; clean room/bathroom; nice swimming pool/work out room; our suite was on the street side, so traffic noise was a bit loud. Other than that, will definitely book again and will recommend.

Bien situé, excellent service de la part de l'équipe des lofts, mais malheureusement à notre arriver ce n'était pas propre. Mais après courriels et téléphone nous avons été déplacer au loft Dorchester qui est beaucoup mieux. Merci à Mila qui nous à aidés. Et aussi les photos presenter sur le site de hotel.com sont très trompeuses pour ne pas dire inexactes.
