Broomes Island All inclusive Holidays

Wonderful experience at The Jefferson. Beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Best shower with incredible water pressure! We had dinner at The Greenhouse and breakfast several days. The food and service were excellent! Can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel.

Rooms were as pictured and described. Staff was kind, polite, and friendly at all times of the day and night. Place was perfectly located in middle of many things to do. Experience all around was great! I would love to stay here again with my companion.

Wonderful breakfast ,spotless clean room friendly and accommodating staff.easy position to get around.

First, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Always helpful and they responded to any request with alacrity. For example, when my daughter and I came back after a wedding, she called to have ice brought up to our room. During her conversation, she mentioned that her feet were hurting after all that dancing. When the staff member appeared at our door, he carried not only a bucket of ice, but a bag (triple bagged) of ice for her aches. The hotel is a retro boutique hotel. When I entered my room, there was a turntable on the shelf as well as several vinyl records. Old photos decorated the walls. Bathroom fixtures were also old fashioned, although they functioned as well any more modern looking ones. Returning after lunch, I noticed that there was a radio station broadcasting from the lobby. I particularly noticed it, because when I walked in, I saw a light on a recording booth that said "On Air." A thoroughly pleasant stay!!

The location was within walking distance to everything that was on our agenda for thr weekend including the metro station. We were hoping for an early check-in due to having a jammed packed itinerary but they could only accommodate 15 minutes early and we had already left for the next museum. However, they were able to hold our bags which was a huge help. The place was clean and the room had all the essentials. I realize being in a city, prices are high but no breakfast? I should have picked that up on their description, so my fault. After walking all day,.(8 miles!) We checked in, had problems in the elevator so a maintenance guy got us going. Arrived to our room and the key card didn't work. I couldn't take the elevator because of the card not working so I trudged down flights of steps to have them reset the cards then it was all good. Overall, it was a good stay and everyone was very pleasant.
