Stayed for one night and experience was great. Highly recommended.

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

Service was miserable. Amenities for a high end hotel have been reduced or eliminated I’ve been staying there over 25 years. I had to call engineering 3 times to come Restaurant bar hours have been severely reduced

Our room was clean and vry large, which was great. The biggest issues, and they are big, is that our room didn't have working AC and they couldn't fix it during our stay. And our shower ONLY had water that was hot and hotter. So if you are hot and sweaty on a summer day, and go into your hot and steamy room, and then into a hot shower there is no way to get comfortable. And that reality is not what you expect from a 5-star hotel.

I think there needs to be an additional coffee shop. There was a 15min wait just to order at the giftshop and a 30 min wait for the terrace. Coffee in the room in fine but when I'm at a resort in the am I want to walk the grounds and go out to get a specialty coffee. There was a really nice woman at the tea parlor area that made complementary coffee for us, which was very sweet and a testament to the staff leadership. Also there should be french fries at the Royce poll haha. Other than that, beautiful. The gardens are beautifully maintained by the hard working staff. Will stay again!

Great new, a bit of a small place for the weekend. New amenities, new room, must be a newly constructed little hotel. Small walkable space in room but cozy. A bit hard to contact staff because frontdesk is outsourced, someone from afar handles your questions. We experienced latency issue. They also only accept check-ins around 3pm.
