The hotel is greatly located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and activities. Being a Meliá rewards member, I asked if I can add my membership to my reservation to which the front desk staff said they are not aware of what that is. Upon accessing the WiFi, I realised it was password protected, the password was not given at check in. The spa which was an amenity at the hotel did not offer massages over the weekend because nobody was available to do it. For breakfast, my friend who is gluten and lactose intolerant asked for gluten free bread which they didn’t have and also they didn’t have any milk alternatives. I mentioned this to the front desk staff at checkout who then indicated that dietary needs should have been mentioned to them at check in so that they can make accommodations. Again, this was not communicated to us, making it impossible to highlight this at check in. The room was clean and the view from our room was amazing. This property was rated 5 stars and for someone who has used other Meliá affiliated hotels in other countries, I was sure left disappointed. They do have some standards to improve.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return. The hotel is in a perfect location right on the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to everything. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the biggest highlights was the staff, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and a great way to start the day. Having convenient parking was also a huge bonus. Overall, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful beachfront hotel with outstanding service, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very nice, and it is fully renovated. It feels modern but you don't have a view of the beach and the bathroom is tiny. It's almost imposible to fit in the space of the toilet. Also it was a little noisy.

This was a nice hotel! Very comfortable and clean. Having the spa right there was a great perk.

An expansive property, modern, clean with lots of amenities. Huge pools and a large beautiful sandy beach. Overall - excellent!

A basic 4-star hotel, but clean with well-appointed rooms. The location isn’t ideal, but it’s fine for a one-night stay.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel 4 night while visiting south of Albania. I am very happy with everything this hotel offers. Very clean, Close to the centre, But theThe best from all is the staff. They are Always happy to help and make sure you have everything needed. Highly recommend and I will definitely revisit this place myself.
