Shops and metro in walking distance. The infamous Dotonbori was one block away. Great restaurants in a one block radius. Overall, a great hotel at a great location.

Great staff that were friendly and super helpful. Rooms were perfect for a family of four within a reasonable budget. Great location to interesting places and transportation.

This hotel was very basic for the rating it has on Expedia would not stay here again. Getting into the room with a code versus card caused many issues.

We booked a junior King Suite, Got there and was put in a room that firstly looked nothing like what you’d expect a junior king suite would look like… The room being a no smoking room stunk of old mildew Smokey room. We immediately complained and were given an upgraded room but only for 2 nights in the meanwhile whilst they checked their availability for another suitable option. On day two they told us we needed to move back to the first room. We refused and left. We had booked for 7 days… didn’t get a refund

We had a comfortable stay! Rooms were quite large for Japan standards. Excellent amenities available as well. Seemed to draw in a younger crowd and lots of tourists. Super close to the metro station but a bit awkward in location as we felt we had to get a metro everywhere (except Osaka castle which is walking distance)

This is my second time stay with them. Everything was perfect except for their shuttle bus service. We have our 2 kids touring the city and ran to the shuttle bus station before the last bus schedule. The driver was still loading people into the bus and he refused to take us even when I showed him our shuttle tickets! We were exhausted after whole day walk around then had to walk again to the taxi stand to grab the cab. We spoke the front desk of the incident right after we got back that night. They said they would investigate and provide feedback. The following morning when we were checking out and were sort of brushed off with a finding is that driver did not know that we wanted to take the shuttle! I emphasized to them that I was showing the hotel shuttle tickets to the driver. But hotel did not follow up with the case or give us the refund for our cab ride either. That’s quite disappointing considering that this is a high standard hotel.

Beautiful, clean, and plenty of amenities. Make to to utilize the beautiful rooftop spa during your stay. It's 100% worth it. Breakfast was also delicious with a fantastic variety.
