Check in was great cause they did let us check in early which was great but I was surprised there was no microwave in the room. Beds were sooo uncomfortable for a 500 dollar room. We ordered food then later when I went to heat it up there’s no microwave. The outside bar closed super early for the pool being open till 11. The bar closed before it was dark. So much walking…. My mom had a tough time getting around she’s disabled. There’s only 1 smoking area so far from everything.

I had an exceptional stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in May 2025. From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. The resort is absolutely stunning, nestled in a beautiful, lush landscape with serene lakes and tropical gardens, it truly feels like a peaceful escape.
The staff was welcoming and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to help. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained every area of the hotel was.

"our room was very clean and spacious. I liked the marketplace and enjoyed the arcade. the waterpark was really nice but i thought it became very crowed and unsafe on Saturday because there were so many people in the pool that you basically just had to stand in one spot."
