I loved everything about my stay except the fire alarm going off in the morning.

Everything was terrific and I thought the free breakfast buffet was substantial and well presented. Plasticware is very cheap and bendy, however, and i would have preferred real stainless steel.

Property was very clean

Gracious staff and strong luxury view. Remarkable view of Manhattan from some rooms.

Property was nice, staff excellent and the restaurant at hotel was excellent! The breakfast was very limited!

The staff was amazing , very sultry hotel , lastly ,we loved Jazz night

The location was excellent especially after attending Jin’s concert at Prudential center. The room, bathroom was spacious.It took a long time for the shuttle to arrived to the airport. I don’t why there’s no microwave in the room.☹️ They were able to refund the security deposit the day of our checkout. Something that I like since you can actually see that it was refunded. While the other hotels charged you then it after few days you can’t see the charged. I just want transparency. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.💜

Wilford the shuttle driver was great. Our bartenders were also exceptional.

Rooms were large and clean. The main areas need the carpet replaced however. Also, breakfast should be included or much less than they are charging.
