Great location, helpful staff. Problem with parking (v. limited space and complex city system). The sauna starts at 7.00 but fresh set of towels was not available until almost 8:00.
Room clean although everything has already it’s age.

The staff is incredibly helpful. I arrived late because my flight was delayed, and they were still at the front desk, ready to assist me. The breakfast was the most varied I've ever seen at a hotel, and everything was spotless. The hotel's location is extremely central, making it easy to get around. The morning receptionist was wonderful and shared fascinating stories about what it's like to live through the winter in Finland. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
