This hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were fantastic. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The food was outstanding and the service was first class. There were so many little touches that just made our stay perfect.

The location of the hotel was great .the cleanliness was very good .the only negative is the walls were very thin.we could hear next doors conversation

Perfect location for travellers wanting beach access in minutes. Sight seeing bus stop around the corner. Supermarket very close. Housekeeper was excellent. Advise travellers to check the room type and amenity. We paid for a kitchen: freezer door missing, no tea cups, no kettle, no toaster!!!! Maintenance poor: blown light globe, broken trundle bed cover, shower drain cap missing. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Nice property. Check in was a disaster. Property was to email access codes 48-72 hours prior. Nothing. Rang them - no answer. Contacted via WhatsApp 7 times but found out they were an agency who told us they could not help. Left us with no access codes until multiple efforts managed to make contact. All sorted 3 hours before check in. Would stay again if maintenance and check in were improved.
