Overall, we had a nice vacation, but the hotel did not meet our expectations.
The biggest disappointment was the food. Most of the meals were average at best and lacked flavor. Even though we had an all-inclusive package with three meals a day, we ended up eating outside the hotel most of the time. The only exception was the pizza, which was excellent and by far the best food served at the hotel. The beach BBQ was also disappointing, as the food was cold and not tasty.
The room cleaning was only average. Housekeeping did not consistently refill the soap or the minibar, and the towels were not changed every day as we would expect from a hotel of this standard.
Overall, the location is good and the staff were friendly, but the food quality and housekeeping need significant improvement.
