Fabulous hotel with lots of amenities in a good location

The hotel was not as modern or contemporary as it appears in the images. We are experienced travellers, always exploring 5* luxury hotels at a mid-level. For the price point we found this hotel disappointing. Firstly the room we were given was so far from the main pool which caused us difficulties with a toddler. The childrens pool is busiest but they only allow you to reserve beds for 45 minutes (although there was some degree of discretion by the staff). By the time you take your toddler to breakfast your beds have gone so there is no point getting up early to get beds and if your not there. The food choices were pretty much the same every day and we only enjoyed the Asian and Italian restaurants. We also read that they cater for children but the only options in every restaurant other than the Italian was chicken nuggets and chips or tomato pasta - again extremely limited and repetitive and not as family friendly There was very limited evening entertainment by the outside bar where everyone gathered yet there would be great acts in a conference room where most people either didnt even know it was happening or didnt want to be sat in a conference room with a limited choice of drinks! The entertainment should 100% be on the outside stage area where people can enjoy and appreciate the effort. Overall, whilst Kos was beautiful and the resort and pools were really nice, we wouldn't return again.

Overall, we had a nice vacation, but the hotel did not meet our expectations. The biggest disappointment was the food. Most of the meals were average at best and lacked flavor. Even though we had an all-inclusive package with three meals a day, we ended up eating outside the hotel most of the time. The only exception was the pizza, which was excellent and by far the best food served at the hotel. The beach BBQ was also disappointing, as the food was cold and not tasty. The room cleaning was only average. Housekeeping did not consistently refill the soap or the minibar, and the towels were not changed every day as we would expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall, the location is good and the staff were friendly, but the food quality and housekeeping need significant improvement.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und sie haben ein Ameisenproblem. Wir hatten überall im Zimmer Ameisen, auch im Bett! Es gab eine Durchgangstüre ins andere Zimmer, dass anderen Gäste gebucht haben. Die Türe von unserer Seite war nicht abgeschlossen und wir haben es vermehert angesprochen, jedoch wurde nichts unternommen. Das Hotel hat ein grosses Problem mit Hornissen. Überall hat es Näster und diese waren auch vermehrt überall draussen im Hotel. Das Trinkwasser im Restaurant schmeckte sehr stark nach kalk, dies konnte man nicht trinken. Im ganzen ist das Hotel nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Nice hotel with lovely, friendly staff. A special thanks to Mohammed from the dining room and George from the pool bar—they were both incredibly kind, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The only downside for me, as a mother of two young children, was that the kids’ pool was very cold, so it wasn’t very convenient for them to enjoy it. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Very dirty and filthy place also everything is very low quality!! Dont waste your money in this place.
