Pleasant hotel with spa facilities in a quiet, green area. Staff was friendly, breakfast offered variety. The bed was a bit too soft, but overall the room was fine.

Close to the gondola, restaurants and bars. Decent service, clean and staff were friendly enough. Rooms qere sloghtly small if I'm being picky, otherwise a lovely stay

The only complaint was that the internet was close to non-existent no matter what area of the property we tried. That was part of the reason we did not stay another night. The spa area was nice with very few guests around. Not walking distance to the city center, but taxes are readily available.
