Staff went above and beyond. Every detail every question answered. They followed up with us throughout our stay and we will definitely be returning hopefully to that same presidential suite with the balcony. The Bonerowski made us the happiest couple while in Krakow with their sincere hospitality. Everyone there should get a raise. Love it.

Reasonable hotel, a bit old and smelly.
The one time I contacted the reception for a taxi to the airport they offer me a taxi for 300% higher than uber, well, I don’t like hotel can’t be trusted.
