(1,614 reviews) Staff were friendly but not exceedingly helpful. Someone could have taken 2 minutes to show us to our room. Instead we struggled to find the place in the rain. Also, when we entered the room we noticed a message that they would fumigate room next day and we climbed to have that done. The property should do that when place is vacant. Does not make for a great impression when one first arrives. The room is designed nicely but a little tired and needs to become modernized. I had assumed that the gym would be included but not so. One has to pay extra for that. Lastly… room cleaning seems very erratic. We ran out of towels and had to ask for cleaning. Would not rate this anywhere near a 9 but more like a 6.5. We decided to spend all of our time here as we needed to recharge and it was pure paradise. We spend the early day at Jolly Harbour beach and watched the sunset every day at Valley Church beach. The food was amazing. The staff were lovely. They were quick to respond with anything we needed. George was super friendly and helped us on several occasions. Highly recommend this little Paradise.
