"This is a wonderful hotel centrally located. The location is wonderful, the building new and clean and the staff amazing! I arrived here from the Intercontinental in Brisbane, which was dirty, stinking and rundown. I was so disappointed with the Intercontinental in Brisbane, I almost cancelled my reservation. This hotel is so different it must be run by a different division or company."

"The staff here are just wonderful :) Every one of them ......... I'd love to name them all but there are too many but they have won my heart with their caring and kindness. Breakfast here is terrific :) Dinner is great as well ....... I'll be back soon."

"The Room was large However poorly maintained the TV is old and will not allow streaming. The lobby is incredibly noisy and reverbarates up the center of the hotel through the walls of every room. There was a large conference. No breakfast included everything charged at a premium. Not a good value for money."
