The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was so helpful.

We loved the hotel. The hotel is modern and clean with nice amenities. The best part was that it is right across the street from the cruise terminal.

Our suite was charming, with beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, and a beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious. Some items were served buffet-style and egges were cooked to order. The buffet food was fresh and of a nice variety. Butter, cheese, meats, and smoked salmon were brought to our table. A variety of self-service choices were available from a beautiful coffee machine. Wait staff would bring coffee to us upon request. This is a lovely, relaxing boutique hotel.

We have been travelling in europe for over a month now. We booked the King Superior Room with Harbor View for 4 nights and the view was amazing but the hotel experience was pretty underwhelming compared with many of the other properties we stayed at even at the higher cost. The room is large and has a table to sit around and enjoy the view but the table only had 1 chair. We had to use the luggage rack for a chair. We asked for another chair 3 times and finally had one brought to the room our 2nd evening we were there. There were no wine glasses in the room to enjoy a glass of wine at the table once we had a 2nd chair. The bartender was nice enough to lend us a couple of glasses but then housekeeping took them away the next day. We just gave up and drank wine from the water glasses after that. Most of the places we stayed had usb charging ports but nothing here. I assume most people that book these rooms book as a couple so wouldn't 2 chairs and a couple of wine glasses make sense? The hotel location is great but there was not one thing (outside of the harbor view) you could call a special touch that makes it worth the extra cost or that would make you want to come back.

Perfectly located between a 5-15mins walk from many of the main attractions, shopping and eating areas. And if not, the metro and tram lines are a few minutes’ walk away. Easy check-in process, and if you can’t use the digital check-in system, there’s always someone at hand to help. Lockers are available if you arrive before check-in or need to store luggage after check-out. The room is comfy, clean, and has plenty of space to hang/store luggage. The shower, although contained and large, opens out directly into the room (lacks privacy for changing). A lovely, stylish hotel with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. I’d recommend it!

Perfect location. Near the square, 15 minute walk to the trains. Staff were extremely accommodating, even helping us with an issue with paperwork for a situation at home. The courtyard bar was lovely. Definitely put this hotel on your list for a stay in Gouda.
