Hotel was great for our three day stay. Lobby beautiful. Staff very helpful. Room was good, clean. Bathroom same. Nice to have a door on either side of the room giving a pool view and garden view. Hotel provided pool towels which we could take to the beaches also. On arrival tv only had streaming apps, no local cable channel. By the following day, staff had Digicel company come and fix the cable box. Very impressed how hotel responded quickly to remedy the matter. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

For the price point, everything about this hotel is very dated - the walls need repainting, the furniture is old, the paintings are worn, the rooms look 100 years old, no plugs for your phone in the room, bathroom is old, the pool is old…

I loved staying at the Blue Haven Hotel! I plan to return soon. Marilyn, Carl, and the hotel staff were warm and inviting and made me feel right at home. The restaurant quality and service was excellent--hats off to the chef. Try the Tobagonian Breakfast and the local catch of the day for dinner. The quiet Bacolet Bay beach provided a beautiful background for relaxing and cooling off in the ocean. The oceanfront room allowed me to fall asleep to the sound of waves every night. Highly recommend ✨️

A new, modernly decorated hotel. Spotlessly clean. Excellent food in the restaurant (both dinner and breakfast). Friendly owners. Highly recommended.
