If we could give it six stars we would. My husband and I are traveling across Europe and this was by far the nicest hotel. We stayed at so far… Ice cold air-conditioning!

The location was fabulous - right at the old town square. You can’t beat it so overlooked some of the other issues. The apartment was fine, but had a bit more wear than in the photos. The internet and TV didn’t work the entire stay, which was inconvenient as I had to go to a nearby restaurant to access internet. Communication with host was poor - no response to email, disconnected a couple times by phone, someone finally came up the last day regarding the internet who spoke no English and limited polish who insisted the internet worked, upon realizing it didn’t, said they would get tech support, which never showed up.
