We traveled from the states to visit Toronto, see the Blue Jays, visit Niagara Falls etc. Property was in such a great location centrally located - walking distance to just about everything. Room was supposed to be ready at 3 and we arrived at 430 but it wasn’t ready until almost 530 so we waited in the lobby. But the staff was overly apologetic - and offered us two drinks in the lobby bar and a bottle of prosecco they brought to the room. Service was incredible. Breakfast was included and was a huge buffet - just about everything you could imagine. Hotel was incredibly clean and room was great. Would definitely stay again

Compared to other Shangri-La s Ive stayed at in other countries. This one felt a bit cheap with the layout, decor and snacks/bar in room. Very cash grabbing. Tacky lobby too.
But the food as BOSK for breakfast was delicious the housekeeping staff are lovely to speak with and the room size is very big.
