Beautiful room in a picture perfect location. Front desk was extremely welcoming and the property was immaculate. We couldn't control the A/C and it got a bit stuffy, but it didn't detract from our enjoyment much. We loved the hotel and Salzburg!

The room was nice and clean and. The staff were super helpful and polite. The location is very good and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Overall, excellent experience!

Hotel has recently rebranded and is undergoing a renovation. Breakfast area is closed but you can eat at their sister facility which is nearby. Beautiful new lobby and very helpful staff. The hotel is located in a great location, directly across from Mirabell Palace with multiple bus stops less than a block away. Also many eating options available within walking distance. Less than a 15 minute walk across the river to other popular tourist areas with a lot of food and shopping options.

Great value for money hotel. Spotless, efficient and great value. Highly recommended. Ignore the three star rating its an easy 4.
