The pools on the property were nice. However, the restuarants and bars close too early. Upon check in, I arranged with the front desk to have a bottle of champayne delivered to the room for the 40th birthday celebration we were celebrating. (Reason for our trip). Unfortunately, after contacting the front desk that the bottle was never delivered and whats the stautus, I was informed that this service was no longer available. I had been given a card to fill out, which added to the disappointment. This experience was particularly disappointing , as I read about this service prior to arriving at the hotel.
Futhermore our room had tiny ants on the dresser and night stand.

"The Staff at this resort are very nice. Ana was very accommodating and made sure we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were super clean and nice. The amenities were very fun. Overall oceans edge is the best Hotel in Key west!"
