Check in was very flexible and easy. Staff were very welcoming. The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and modern, in a quiet area and so convenient to everything in the old town area. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

Wow amazing! Best villa ever.

Area was walkable. Staff was kind. Windows were soundproof and filtered music from nearby beach. It was clean and safe. Would recommend and will definitely be back.

The hotel is fantastic for families with children. The beach has a beautiful environment with lots of greenery, and the waterslide by the pool is great — just like the smaller, covered pool for the youngest kids. The food and the variety of food were fabulous. What’s absurd and negative is the morning “reservation” of sunbeds by the pool with towels and personal belongings by people who arrived hours after we did — we almost had nowhere to put our things. The hotel does not address this situation and leaves it up to the guests to sort it out themselves. What’s also unfortunate is the condition of the beach. No one takes care of the service there — it’s pretty much wild and unmanaged. The sunbeds are scattered around and in rather shabby condition. Towels have to be picked up by the pool (they don’t give them out on the beach), and they’re exchanged for a paper card, which I consider nonsense and a burden on guests in the 21st century. For a room price of nearly €600 per night, the guest receives very minimal service by the pool and none on the beach. That said, the hotel was great, and so was the food. We’re grateful for the one-hour later check-out.

This place is wonderful, did not want to leave. Food was excellent. Lounge chairs in the rocks, jumping in the sea, ladders to get out and very private. Wonderful

It's my second time staying here A few notes to improve The path walking to the old town needs some serious lightning at night. I understand it's not part of the property but the hotel should work with the city to put some lighting at night. It can get very sketchy coming back at night. If I'm ordering food in the outside area, don't make the customer go inside to pay, I'm paying a premium for this service. It's called dine in for a reason. The jacuzzi wasn't warm Everything else was great, breakfast was amazing, the pool and the room was spacious.

The most beautiful hotel we have ever been to. We were completely blown away by the incredible food, amazing service and gorgeous scenery. We felt totally relaxed as soon as we arrived and appreciated all the amazing luxury touches such as the buzzers by your lounger, the remote control sun parasols, the way housekeeping always came when you were out at mealtimes and so much more…. It was an honour to be amongst the first guests at the newly opened Hilton Hotel Preko on Ugljan Island, an exceptional addition to the Curio Collection. Beautifully designed and ideally located on the island’s beachfront, it’s perfect for both business and leisure travellers seeking quality and convenience. From the moment my family and I arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The warm, professional welcome from Nikolina, Silva, and Drazen set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The management team inc Josipa, Anita, Zana, and Viktor were always on hand with a smile, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. Their care and attentiveness went far beyond expectation. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant interiors and thoughtfully designed rooms offering exceptional comfort and luxury. Dining was a standout experience, with a tasting menu that was both elevated and authentic. The spa, expertly managed by Lucija, provided a serene escape, restorative and beautifully executed. A highlight was the Hilton Island Boat Tour with Jakob, whose passion and local knowledge added so much to the journey. In short, this is one of the finest Hilton experiences I’ve had globally. The area around the hotel especially on the front doors and look very welcome.... Is surrendered by Darty building and a darty terraza when I'm parking on the front?

Fantastic property in centre of old town. Stayed before and never let down. Will be back soon.
