(1,337 reviews) The hotel was very conveniently located, the staff were helpful. There were limited amenities in the room - the furniture and overall condition of the room was tired but very clean. The A/C had a mind of its own and either did not work or was unable to handle the weather since the room was either freezing or much too warm - my impression was that the controls in the room did nothing and it was operated by some outside force. Room service was very prompt and delicious. We called to order an iron and it arrived very swiftly. The room was very technologically enabled and we were able to order anything we needed via the tablet in the room, which was cool. Also all the lighting (and A/C, theoretically) was controllable via a control panel next to the bed, which was also neat. The windows were large but they had some sort of modern shell retrofit to the building so your view out is set back a foot or so from the actual exterior. There was a convenience store right next door which was great. It was necessary to close the curtains at night as there was a large display on the building across the street that remained on all night and flashing lights would come in the window. Overall our stay was pleasant.
