Very disappointed with flexibility of management who answered to my requests with ultimatums. Had a delivery and it went missing with zero accountability and poor responsiveness from management. Amazing employees at ground level with great customer service skills. Not the same for administrative staff. Got a room which had not been updated; older, decently-maintained furniture, musty smell in the cottage, great size, bed made noise, large gap under door and the icing on the cake…a roach crawled on my arm in the middle of the night. Amazing views, food was tasty, facility overall well kept, but will never go back or recommend it.

The staff, facilities and food were fantastic. Special shoutout to Juan and Alicia. Very kind, friendly and helpful. The beach is a bit short (50 yards) so getting in your steps was a little challenging. Then again, you are on vacation. Would have liked to see nightly entertainment. Nothing crazy, just a guitar or piano player would have made the resort top notch for us.

We loved our stay! Our room was amazing, the staff was so nice and accommodating. Food was pricey but the experience was lovely. We didn't want to leave.
