My wife and I had a great one night stay. The hotel and property were very nice and well maintained. ALL of the staff we interacted with were very nice and had great customer service skills. Front desk, housekeepers, valet and food service were all great at their jobs and made us feel very welcome. We would defintely stay here again!

A great unit for a family. Our favorite parts were the balcony, secure parking garage, and location. The building felt safe and the street/area was clean.

Beautiful hotel all round, room was fantastic, great decor details and loved the huge comfortable bed. Location fantastic, in a walkable area and close to shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay again

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel itself has a great vibe and beautiful design. One thing that would have really elevated the experience would be having the terrace open throughout the day so guests could fully enjoy the property. It would have been such a nice place to relax, read a book, or enjoy coffee.
The terrace was typically only open after 5 PM. The first night we were there it was closed for a private party, and another evening it did not open until 7 PM, which felt a little limiting for guests wanting to use the space during the day.
The surrounding neighborhood is definitely a bit gritty. While I personally felt safe, there was a noticeable amount of drug activity and homelessness nearby.
