This place smell so good and staff was so great. The room was very spacious. The bathroom need to update.

The staff was helpful and always looking out if we needed anything i would stay there again

The rooms are dark because there are no windows and very little lighting to get yourself together. It felt a lot like being in a box. The rooms are also kept pretty cold because of the extreme condensation.

We were excited to stay at the Condado Vanderbilt, especially after so many glowing recommendations, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. We arrived early for the Bad Bunny concert and hoped to check in before 4 PM. While we appreciated being offered a changing room, it was too hot and humid to use. Our room wasn't ready until almost 5 PM, which left us rushing to get ready. The $100 credit was a nice gesture but didn’t make up for the stress. Later that night, we were surprised to find there was no room service available after hours. This is unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. The next morning, we reported a leaking toilet that was never fixed. It seemed like the hotel was unprepared for the concert crowd, and management didn’t plan adequately. That said, the staff was truly excellent. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and doing their best. Special thanks to Amanda at Ola Beach Front restaurant and Gabriel the bellboy, who made us feel genuinely welcome. With better management and preparation, this hotel could live up to its reputation again.
