Super séjour avec du personnel hyper agréable. Spécialement le gérant Hector avec qui nous avons eu énormément de plaisir. La propreté et l'entretien peuvent être améliorés, mais selon moi ce sont des détails qui rendent l'expérience encore plus intéressante pour quelqu'un qui veut vivre le quotidien d'un citoyen à Puerto Rico. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, ce fut dur de quitter.

My first time in Puerto Rico and all of the staff was amazing, very accommodating with great hospitality. We wanted for nothing! Usually I like to try different hotels when I return to places I've taken trips to. This hotel and staff will be hard to beat. Thank you Krissy and Nelly to help make my vacation the best it could be!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request or question. The cleanliness was exceptional—every area of the hotel was spotless and impeccably maintained. The amenities were excellent and added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy everything nearby. One of the highlights, however, was the hotel’s spectacular décor. Every detail seemed thoughtfully designed, creating a unique and elegant atmosphere. We also loved learning about the hotel’s rich history, which added so much character and charm to the experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Even though self check in, just was very responsive and accommodating!

The Vanderbilt is a great place to stay while in San Juan. Close to local beaches and Old San Juan. The pools were great, with multiple places to catch the breeze.

This hotel was an awesome choice for our trip to Puerto Rico for our honeymoon. Not only is it in a safe location, it's very close to the beach and amazing restaurants! The hotel staff were courteous, helpful, and nice! The room was very comfortable, well kept, and clean. Even with the water shortages, we never lost water once unlike other major hotels that had no water for days. We are so grateful for this experience and look forward to making this our permanent go to hotel whenever we visit again.
