Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico! From the gorgeous property to the beautiful pools and swim-up bar, everything was perfect. We especially loved how family-friendly the resort was and how much it had to offer. There truly is no need to leave the property if you don’t want to—there is something for everyone! One thing that really stood out to us was the exceptional customer service. Our flight was unfortunately cancelled multiple times, and the hotel was incredibly accommodating each time, adjusting our reservation dates without any penalty. We were so grateful for their understanding and flexibility, especially during such a stressful travel situation. We would absolutely recommend the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve to anyone visiting Puerto Rico and will definitely be returning on our next trip! Thank you for making our family vacation such a memorable one! ❤️🇵🇷
