Rosabianca is truly an amazing place. The staff is outstanding, and the way they treated us was incredible, paying attention to every detail during both check-in and check-out. The team is professional, well-educated, and genuinely kind. The views are beautiful, and the food is excellent. I will definitely visit Rosabianca many more times.

Nice property and a good location. Wasn’t overly enthused with the check in process. Despite booking two rooms, and one specifically a 3-person room, I was told my booking didn’t reflect 5 people so I was charged an additional €360 before even getting a room key. But I was “in luck” since the room I booked was available to accommodate 3 people - go figure! The room I paid for already was still available!? What luck! If you’re expecting a 5-star experience, recalibrate. This isn’t a 5-star hotel by most any standard. The jacuzzi on our terrace was cold, which was a huge let down considering the additional cost. Breakfast is good, but if you expect anything other than the buffet to be included, don’t. Anything made to order is an additional charge. They’ll also hound you for your room number. On one day 3 members of the staff asked! The staff were friendly. But it was an average experience at best and for the cost, not up to expectations.

Our stay at Splendide Riviera in Rapallo was exceptional. The hotel is impeccably clean (cleaner than most 5 star hotels in the area), beautifully maintained, and reflects great pride in every detail. What truly sets it apart is the staff—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. If possible, book the Hemingway Suite. Knowing Ernest Hemingway stayed here while writing Cat in the Rain adds a unique historical touch. A perfect blend of historic charm, elegance, outstanding service, and a prime waterfront location. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rapallo.
