If you enjoy being woken up at 6:45am in the morning every single day weekday and weekends by a person mopping right outside your door this is the place for you. Our room was on the 1st floor and there were gaps above and below the door. You can hear everything happening downstairs and upstairs. Although we asked them to not wake us up with the mopping so early they continued to do so. The hallway appears to be used as a storage closet with an old mattress and old carts and chairs stacked up along the hallway. Honestly if felt a bit unseemly. The breakfast was basic but we were put off by the fact that the numerous squirrels spend time on top of the tables before the guests are seated and the tables are not cleaned after a squirrel is on it. When I mentioned this to the staff they happily told me all the names of the squirrels as if they were pets. There is a great breakfast place though right across the street and other great cafe breakfast places around the corner half a block down. We did not like that there is no security lock on the inside of the door. On the plus side, the room itself was big with an attached sitting area. It has AC. We turned on the TV but found only one channel so we didn't use it. The staff clean the room nicely every day and the location can't be beat. We might go back and see if it's any different in an upper floor room. So this hotel is a "Maybe".

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was lovely. Always smiling always ready to assist with anything. The hotel itself has a nice scent. Clean. Safe area. Very walkable neighborhood. All the hotspots are nearby and if they're not , the uber rides to anything touristy are very affordable. I would love to stay here again and again. thank you team!

A special thank you to Eduardo, who went above and beyond to help us our. He took the time to tell us about everything nearby, shared great recommendations, and was always willing to accommodate our needs with a smile. We would also like to recognize Mr. Plata, the security guard, who made sure we knew the best way to head out each morning and always looked out for guests. His kindness and attention made us feel very safe during our stay. The location was fantastic—so close to everything and within walking distance of so many fun attractions. The breakfast was also amazing and a great way to start each day. We are truly grateful for the hospitality we received from everyone at the property. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We had an incredible time and cannot wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
