Centre Island Adults Only Holidays

Overall our stay was absolutely fantastic. Room was about the size of a one bedroom apartment for just my wife and I. In the bathroom our shower also function a a full functioning steam room which was heavenly after a full day of enjoying all the different activities around town & the surrounding area. The staff was alway available to help a provide assistance when needed and guide us on the various activities available in the area. We very much enjoyed the continental breakfast for two that was included with our stay. great way to start the day! We highly recommend the Inn's restaurant. the food was delicious. We will definitely be stay here if we return to Niagra Falls. We give it 5 stars!!

Bed was comfortable and room (Skyline King) was a good size but not properly maintained (loose toilet paper holder, bathroom fan didn't work, engineering had to fix the A/C halfway through our stay). Some staff were friendly, others not so much. Enjoyed Casa Madera, didn't try the other restaurants. Harriet's was closed for a private event when we tried to check it out (still charged amenity/resort fees for that day). Overall a decent stay but we expect more from a hotel at this price point.

We arrived and were met by friendly, and very helpful staff. It was a great experience from start to finish! Highly recommend!

This is a great hotel in a neighborhood that is trying to revitalize. I really enjoyed the different area than my normal in Toronto. Hotel itself was great. Check in was seamless, room got restocked and tidied daily. I think my only takeaways is.. I read it had a Nespresso but it didn't say what type. I brought my own pods but it wasn't useable. Also has to ask for a kettle which is normally found in rooms and I believe was advertised but it was something I had to ask for. Not a big deal just helps for planning.
