This is more about the owner,he contacted us as soon as our plane landed,that the room we were meant to stay in ,was damaged the night before,and would have to relocate us,offering different options,we settled on one and was very happy with what we got.
I'd like to thank nd for helping with such prompt actions and making our stay most pleasurable.

I am a repeat customer - this room wasn’t quite the same as the room we had prior at the same level but still was good. We genuinely like this place but to be honest the room wasn’t quite a tiny bit lack luster than what we’re used to from this establishments- will be coming back!

The staff were excellent- professional and super customer service oriented. However the rooms need updating. My room had a clogged sink upon arrival, the fan wasn't working in the bathroom and the toilet was old and very low to the ground- completely outdated. For the price - the accommodations were not up to that value.

The first impression outside is lovely but the lobby is quite tired and in need of some polishing and sparkle…like the brass fixtures, windows, and paint.
In spite of that the staff were amazing and helpful and so welcoming!

No issues with check in after hours with access code. Clean. Helpful to have laundry facilities included. Would have been good to have had the sofa bed made up before arrival as room was booked for 3. Had to request for pillows and blanket from front desk. Otherwise a good stay.
