The staff especially the buffet crew are excellent in customer service. The food is great as well! I will definitely be coming back to this property whenever I visit Cebu.

They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. So those were useless! The transportation, when you call for one, it takes forever for a small resort!
