We stayed 4 nights in a 7th floor balcony suite. We had communicated that we were arriving in Dubrovnik at 10:30 am and the hotel said we could drop our luggage until check in time. When we arrived at 10:30 they informed us our room as ready so we got a pretty early check in which was great. It's a nice place away from the crowds of the old town with a great desk staff and we absolutely would stay again.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay. The room and property was beautiful and impeccably maintained. The beach area and pools were pristine with great service. All of the staff are incredibly well trained. We experienced a couple hiccups while there but the management (especially Marco) responded immediately and more than made up for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent with views of the sea and a lovely beach area. Excellent restaurant with a fabulous breakfast buffet and delicious à la carte options. A wonderful experience. The only drawback was our room had a few issues, such as with the card sensor at the door not working properly and the lights turning off automatically, which was a problem in the evening time being suddenly plunged into darkness. Nevertheless, we LOVED this hotel and would definitely stay again!!

Very spacious apartment, very comfortable, excellent view and easily accessible to Kotor Old Town with a 20-30 minute walk. Pretty much everything you needed to prepare food was provided, one very minor point is that it would be better if more knives were provided, particularly a break knife.

This place is located in the old town so be ready to climb up the city stairs and if you take the room on the 3ed floor be ready to climb lots of steep and not so steady stairs, you can reserve a baggage service for 40 € per bag . The room is spacious and even has a washer machine . It is well equipped like an apartment . I found many ants in the bathroom. The bed is very firm and the pillow very soft ( low support )
