Nice breakfast. Good location to city sites.

Nice central and well kept hotel on the higher end. Quick and friendly valet parking though pricey ($58/night) - we got free valet however through an Expedia benefit. Restaurant and front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience! Clean room great staff great walking distance to all.

The hotel lobby filled with vibrant art work is a gem. Energy, energy, energy is all around. The staff was most helpful, answering each of our inquiries with positivity and professionalism. This is the place to stay.

Breakfast buffet was ok not great but expensive for the offerings We will not go back They used to have a real menu and custom eggs which was great McDonald’s currently has a better breakfast

The hotel is perfectly situated to what we like downtown. Every staff member was helpful & nice. We stayed in suite 3D. The King bed is very comfortable. The American Leather pullout is very comfortable (our son slept on it). We were going to bring our dog, they even had a bed and bowls for him, but our plans changed. The turndown service is nice to get new towels after being out a shower and clean towels are appreciated. The shops in and around the property are fun. The landscaping and courtyard are lovely. The new American Park nearby is great. Save room for brunch (12-3 make a reservation) in the Palmetto room on Sunday (we were too full after our Sat meals) it looked amazing tomahawk steaks, pastries, etc. One issue is there's a separate door to the toilet from the sink area, I felt like you had to back up into the toilet to close the door. But a door to the toilet is always appreciated.
