The location of the Palmetto hotel was great.
The front desk assistance was helpful and friendly.
Our key to the room never worked, we had to go back to the front desk each time in order to activate the key.
Breakfast very disappointing.
Not enough sitting area Lobby serves as dining and gathering.
Will try another hotel next time.
