It’s a nice hotel with spacious rooms and welcoming staff

This was by far the best hotel that I stayed at on my three week journey through South America. The property was upscale and clean, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and personable, and the breakfast was amazing! The property is also conveniently located to the airport (about a 10 minute walk that is very safe), and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again when I return to Easter Island.

We wanted this location and room for the view, nearby sights, and kitchen. The hotel was all that and more. Our room mapped to the photos and description perfectly. The kitchen was functional for light in-room meals. The reception was very helpful. I certainly recommend this hotel!

We bought the package. Although it is convenient but the tours arrangements were so bad. When we stayed there, it was raining days, they didn’t well scheduled the tours. Once we went back to the hotel, we requested the guider to the gas station for the money changes. The purpose of the money changes is to give them tips, but they just dropped off us on the street although only 10 seconds drive away from the gas station we spent extra 30 minutes walk back to the hotel and missed the sunset tour. That was Sunday and the money changes market was closed. Half minute extra drive for them, they didn’t provide. Then they could arrange the text for the sunset as well. We disappointed with their unthought service.

The appartment was really really dirty and there was one room with no windows, that was not shown on the pictures. The person in charge said he would wend a cleaner but anyone showed up.
