We stayed 3 days here. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We had a pool villa which was just fabulous! My wife and daughters loved the massages. I cannot give it 5 stars because of how uncomfortable the pool chairs were. The loungers had no cushioning and the plastic lawn chairs were aged, stained, and some were cracked. I was planning on spending time at the pool reading a book while the rest of the family got massages, but literally could not sit on the lounge chairs for more than 20 minutes. Management needs to upgrade these and buy some cushions. It's a simple solution and inexpensive solution when all else is good!

Excellent staff behaviour. Food is not much tasty. Approaching road to resort is very bad bad. Ambience very good. Any complaint is very prompt. In buffet system not much dishes is of North side.

Our recent stay at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty was nothing short of amazing. It was a special trip with my mom, her sister, and the kids, a family reunion that turned into beautiful memories. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, offering great comfort after our day’s fun. Whether it was exploring the property, sharing stories over breakfast, or just soaking in the view from the balcony, every moment felt special. A perfect mix of relaxation, laughter, and connection—definitely a trip we’ll cherish for years!

Great location, pool was excellent shape. Loved the wine bar and cafe. Room was very spacious and plenty of space. Staff was very friendly and anticipated every need.
