(2,702 reviews) Overall, great stay! The majority of staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool area was fantastic and they had some sort of entertainment there most of the day. We appreciated the availability of canned beer and bottled water. The food was pretty good, although the restaurants aren’t open all days of the week, so that was tricky to figure out at first. The beach was nothing like advertised. I wouldn’t even consider it a beach. It’s a cliff and you have to climb over boulders and through splashing waves to get to Mahó Beach (or walk on the street). There also is no beach volleyball as advertised. They wouldn’t even allow us to borrow one. My kids didn’t want to go to kids’ club because it’s mostly geared towards very young kids, not 12 year olds. They should maybe have a 1-5, 6-12 kids club or allow older kids to visit the teen club. There was also a kids’ club staff member who embarrassed my kid for having slightly damp shorts. Like I said, it was overall a good place to stay. I would go back, but other guests should know that expectations might not meet reality.
