Room not what we were expecting as it wasn’t a cabin but a very damp smelling old and worn lodge in a row of other lodges which were all connected together. However after paying an upgrade on our booking we were allocated a large cabin near the lake

spotlessly clean, very friendly staff in a great location. Mountain View room excellent.Ev charger a big plus for us. Will definitely return.

Amazing hotel and also the staff

Surpassed all expectations just about .. My only slight criticism was that the children’s pool access was restricted to 8:30–10:00am, which felt quite limiting. Trying to fit both breakfast and a family swim into that short window and all by 10am made the mornings feel a little rushed. Overall, though, we had a fantastic stay and somewhere we would happily return to.

Nice hotel, dated but functional and clean. It is in a good location near the pleasure beach and shops, cafes etc. great breakfast cafe on the same street. Owners are lovely and very helpful. Excellent value for the room rate.
